My family & I have been placed in this non-consensual human experiment, which utilizes electromagnetic radiation. I am currently involved in a lawyer-judge extortion scheme, under color of official right, and I was wondering if there was an organization out-there who would look into judicial corruption matters, something like an Operation Greylord in modern day, today. I don't want to go to any government sponsored reporting of judicial misconduct, because they look the other way, or make excuses for the judge or the lawyer. What I have discovered is that the state district court judges in Scott County, Minnesota, are depriving people of the right to justice and relief from injury sustained by dismissing valid claims. Then the judge blocks an appeal by claiming that the dismissal is a partial judgment that is not appealable; and then, the Law Firm who represented the defendant, sends a copy of the judgment to the person who lost his case, (which means that if the loser doesn't appeal within 60 days the judgment becomes final an un-reversible); and then, after the sixty days had run, the lawyer can collect unjust fees, without impunity. As proof of this unjust legal fee scheme, recently, a judge initiated her own summary judgment on a claim, when deciding a motion to dismiss, and the judge proceeded to weigh the facts and make determinations on the files and records and arguments of counsel, and then dismissed the action based on her own findings and conclusions of law. However, since a motion for summary judgment must be initiated by the adverse party, and since facts and evidence are not to be weighed when deciding a summary judgment, the process and procedure of the judge is highly prejudicial and completely erroneous, and of which does deny the person due process of law and the opportunity to be heard and to defend, in an orderly proceeding that is adapted to the nature of the case. This lawyer-judge conspiracy to usurp undue and unjust legal fees is now an accepted practice in Scott County, Minnesota, and this court is ripe for an Operation Greylord, only if I can find an interested organization or person to give proof to. So. is there anyone here who knows of such an organization, or operation?
